    Furan Hardener

    Sulphonic Acid Hardener
    • Sulphonic acid series hardener is in accompany with no-bake furan resin
    • Low viscosity, easy mixing, pale yellow to brown transparent liquid
    Low Sulphur Hardeners
    • Hardener for no-bake furan resin
    • 0-6-% sulphur content less than sulphonic acid hardeners
    • Reduces the tendency to hot tearing caused by sulphur inclusion on steel casting surface and decreases surface under-nodulizing

    Alkaline Phenolic Resin

    • As one type of no bake sand process, ester cured alkaline phenolic resin owns high productivity, easily moulding, good casting quality, energy saving and eco-friendly

    CO2 Cured Alkaline Phenolic Resin

    CO2 cured alkaline phenolic resin process offers the longer bench life, convenient operation, and effectively compensates for the poor collapsibility of the water glass sand process.
